Who we are
Portugal Owners (portugalowners.com) is responsible for the personal data described here. Contact: hello@portugalowners.com.
What we collect and why
- Enquiry form: the details you choose to send (name, email, property location, plans, message, how you found us). We use them only to reply to you and to follow up on your enquiry. Legal basis: your consent and taking steps at your request.
- Visit logs: when you arrive from another website or AI assistant, we record the referring site, the page and your approximate country (from our hosting provider) so we can see which sources send readers. We don't use cookies for this and we don't build profiles.
Sharing
We never sell your data. We won't pass your details to any estate agent, lawyer or adviser unless you've asked us to or agreed to it first. Our website and database are hosted by Cloudflare, which processes data on our behalf.
How long we keep it
Enquiries: up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Visit logs: up to 24 months.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent, by emailing hello@portugalowners.com. You can also complain to your data protection authority (in Portugal, the CNPD; in the UK, the ICO).

This site doesn't set advertising or tracking cookies.
